Le Psykolab

Where presence, connection, and ease begin in the body

Welcome to Le Psykolab. I'm Nadine & I guide and educate people through somatic pratices that nurtures awareness, regulation, and growth. This work invites you to slow down, notice your sensations, and cultivate choice in your body and relationships.

While my background is in psychotherapy and somatic therapy, our sessions focus on embodiment and personal development, not clinical treatment. Here, we meet life as it is, exploring how to move through it with more presence, clarity, and resilience.

THE PSYKOLAB Method

The Psykolab Method is an embodied, relational learning approach that helps individuals and couples develop nervous system safety, presence, aliveness, and connection through slow, choice-based somatic practice.

Rather than focusing on insight alone, the Psykolab Method works through the body and through relationship—supporting learning that is lived, integrated, and sustainable.

It is designed for people who want more than understanding: they want felt change.

CORE PRINCIPLES OF THE PSYKOLAB METHOD
1. Safety Is Learned, Not Assumed

Safety is not an idea—it is a physiological experience.

The Psykolab Method prioritizes creating conditions where the nervous system can gradually learn safety through pacing, predictability, and attuned support. Nothing is forced; capacity emerges over time.

2. Slowness Creates Access

Change happens at the speed the body can integrate.

We slow down attention, movement, interaction, and decision-making so subtle sensations, impulses, and boundaries can be felt and respected. Slowness allows choice to appear.

3. Choice Is Central

Choice restores agency.

Participants are continually invited—not directed—to notice options, preferences, and limits. Every practice reinforces the capacity to say yes, no, or not yet, both internally and relationally.

4. Presence Is Embodied

Presence is not concentration—it is contact.

The Psykolab Method trains awareness of sensation, breath, posture, impulse, and emotional tone, supporting presence that is grounded in the body rather than the mind alone.

5. Relationship Is a Learning Field

Connection is practiced, not discussed.

Whether in individual work, couples sessions, or groups, relational dynamics are approached as live material. Co-regulation, rupture, repair, and attunement are explored in real time.

6. Aliveness Emerges From Safety

Vitality follows regulation.

As safety and choice increase, natural aliveness—movement, emotion, creativity, desire—can emerge without overwhelm. The method supports expression without pushing catharsis.

The Psykolab Method is experiential and practice-based.

Sessions and programs may include:

  • Guided somatic awareness and tracking

  • Gentle movement and micro-adjustments

  • Breath and orienting practices

  • Relational exercises for couples or groups

  • Verbal reflection to integrate embodied experience

  • Time for settling, integration, and rest

Practices are always adapted to the individual or relational system, honoring readiness and capacity.

Where can it be practiced
  • Individual somatic coaching

  • Couples and relational work

  • Group learning and workshops

  • Modular somatic education programs

  • Retreats and immersive experiences

The method scales from intimate one-to-one work to larger group containers without losing its relational and ethical grounding.

My Inspiration

My work is informed by a foundation in psychotherapy and grounded in long-term somatic practice. I am a somatic trainer and practitioner in the IBP (Integrative Body Psychotherapy) method, with additional training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples. Yoga and dance are also central influences, shaping how I understand presence, movement, and relationship. Together, these elements support individuals and couples in developing resilience, embodied awareness, and more connected ways of relating.

At Le Psykolab, we move slowly and intentionally. Regulation comes first, ensuring your body feels safe before insight arises. Change unfolds naturally when guided by slowness and mindful pacing, rather than force or pressure. You are always in the driver’s seat, making choices that feel aligned with your body and mind. Our work emphasizes practice over performance, learning through experience instead of striving for perfection. Above all, we cultivate relational safety, because connection with yourself and others opens the door to presence and growth.Together, we explore breathing, movement, and bodily sensation as tools to deepen awareness, resilience, and connection — whether that’s with yourself, your partner, or the world around you.

People come to Le Psykolab when they want more ease, presence, and comfort in their bodies, steadier nervous-system regulation, and deeper connection in relationships. We offer coaching for individuals and couples, as well as self-paced courses to support learning and growth at your own rhythm. This work complements other personal development or wellness practices and is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Because your experience here is focused on growth and embodied learning, it’s important to clarify the difference between coaching and psychotherapy. Coaching at Le Psykolab is future-oriented, practical, and experiential , helping you develop new capacities, resilience, and habits in your life.

This is not psychotherapy: we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we create experiences of presence, regulation, and relational attunement that support your personal growth. Understanding this distinction helps you choose the right space for your journey and sets clear expectations for what this work can offer.

What Makes this practice distinct

  • Embodiment over explanation

  • Process over performance

  • Choice over instruction

  • Relationship over technique

  • Integration over intensity

The Psykolab Method is not a protocol, it is a living framework that adapts to bodies, relationships, and contexts.

If you’re curious about how somatic practices can support your life, let’s connect. Together, we can create a space to notice, practice, and grow, moving toward presence, choice, and connection in everyday life.

I also welcome professional collaborations and partnerships with other practitioners or organizations who share an interest in somatic and relational practices.
