Love Is a Verb

Nurturing Love, Intimacy & Lasting Connection

Have you ever looked at your relationship and wondered where the feeling of closeness went?

Not because anything was dramatically wrong.

But because life became busy.
Conversations became practical.
Responsibilities multiplied.
And somewhere along the way, connection quietly became something you assumed would always be there.

The beginning of a relationship often feels effortless.

Curiosity comes naturally.
Affection is spontaneous.
Making time for each other feels easy.

But over time, relationships aren't sustained by love alone.

They are sustained by the everyday choices that keep love alive.

Because love isn't only something we feel.

It's something we do.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore a simple but important question:

How do we stay emotionally close when the intensity of the beginning naturally changes?

Rather than focusing on what's wrong, we focus on what helps relationships continue to grow.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for couples who want to nurture their relationship—not because it is falling apart, but because it matters.

You may recognize yourselves in experiences such as:

• We love each other, but sometimes feel more like teammates than partners.

• Life has become busy, and our relationship often comes last.

• We miss feeling emotionally close.

• Most of our conversations are about responsibilities or logistics.

• We want to reconnect before distance becomes disconnection.

• We want to keep growing together, not simply staying together.

Whether your relationship feels strong or you're hoping to reconnect after a period of distance, this workshop offers a space to intentionally invest in your relationship.

What This Workshop Is About

This workshop is a space to slow down and notice what is happening between you right now—not what happened years ago, and not what you think your relationship should look like.

Over time, relationships rarely lose love all at once.

More often, they quietly lose:

• Curiosity

• Emotional presence

• Shared moments of appreciation

• Playfulness

• Small everyday gestures of connection

• The feeling of choosing one another, again and again

This workshop helps couples notice these subtle shifts and begin creating them intentionally once more.

In This Workshop You'll Learn

Lasting relationships aren't built through grand gestures.

They are built through small moments of attention, presence, and intentional connection.

Together, we will explore:

• What helps couples stay emotionally connected over time

• How everyday interactions strengthen or weaken intimacy

• The role of appreciation, curiosity, and shared meaning

• Why emotional connection naturally changes throughout different stages of life

• How to intentionally create moments of closeness in everyday life

• Practical ways to keep your relationship emotionally alive

What You'll Take Away

Connection isn't something we find once.

It's something we continue creating together.

You will leave with:

• A deeper understanding of what sustains lasting love

• Greater awareness of the habits that nurture connection

• Practical ways to create more meaningful moments together

• A renewed appreciation for your relationship

• A shared vision for the relationship you want to continue building

• The feeling of choosing each other with intention, every day

What Couples Often Discover

Many couples come looking for ways to feel close again.

What they often discover is that connection isn't something that simply appears or disappears.

It is created, and recreated , in the small moments of everyday life.

A glance across the room.
A shared laugh.
A moment of curiosity instead of assumption.
A conversation that isn't about schedules, children, or responsibilities.

When couples begin paying attention to these moments, they often realize that intimacy isn't built through grand gestures, but through the quiet ways they continue choosing one another.

This workshop offers an opportunity not only to strengthen your relationship, but to experience what it feels like to be fully present with one another again.

A Different Relationship Is Possible

Long-lasting relationships are not built on the intensity of the beginning.

They are built on the willingness to keep discovering each other as life changes.

Love isn't something we find once.

It is something we continue creating through presence, curiosity, appreciation, and the countless small moments that say, "I'm still here with you."

Whether you're hoping to reconnect after a period of distance or simply wanting to nurture an already healthy relationship, this workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember that love is not only something we feel.

It is something we practice.

One ordinary moment at a time.
